Based on one of the props used during Miracle Day.
 
The Red Reverse is unique in being the only version of this particular gadget to feature a red LED as opposed to the standard Orange or Blue. 
 
It does not feature sounds as the original prop only had lights fitted.
 
This was the 6th version of the VM and ONLY appeared during series 4 of Torchwood.
