Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my order take to arrive?
Our products are made to order, and therefore can take a number of weeks to manufacture, add 3D printed parts, paint up and fit with electronics. For this reason we sell our products in batches, so we have adequate time to work on each of your orders.

What if the item I want is out of stock?
As we sell our products in batches, items will come back in stock once the current batch has been shipped out. If an item is popular, we will almost always release more batches, so keep an eye out! 

How fast is delivery?
We ship our items with the fastest delivery options available to us using Royal Mail.
    To the UK our larger items are posted via Special Delivery, and our smaller items are posted via Tracked 24.
    To the rest of the world our items are all posted via International Signed and Tracked.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your orders arrives damaged contact us at the Instagram page @littleshopprops or send an email to littleshopprops@gmail.com with a full description and images of your issue. We will do our best to either repair or replace your item.

How can I be sure that your replicas are accurate?

We take great pride in the accuracy of our products. All of our replicas are handcrafted with the utmost attention to detail. We use the best reference images available to ensure accuracy and authenticity in all stages of development. From the 3D modelling stage to the materials sourcing stage, to the various production stages we make sure to repeatedly quality check our work against reference images at various angles so that what you have looks exactly as seen on screen.
