Introduction

Hello everyone and welcome to the 89th edition of our newsletter! Today we have various updates on many of our projects before we finish up for Christmas break, so let's get into it!

The Wayfinder

Josh has begun prepping all the Wayfinder parts for weathering. We expect these to be complete and ready to ship in just a few weeks time!

1:6th Scale Bronze NSDs

After a long wait we have finally picked back up on our Bronze NSDs. Josh has prepped the master pieces ready for Kas to make moulds and begin the casting process! Kas will be aiming to have all moulds complete and a full set of test castings ready for our final newsletter of the year! Our aim for shipping is February. Kas will be batch casting and cleaning up the parts in January, ready for Josh to join Kas at the LSP workshop in February for paintwork, assembly, weathering and electronic assembly!

Rasputin Shrinking Devices, Gold Teeth, Captains Earpieces, and Fossilised Hands

As part of our Black Friday sale, many of our small-mid range items have recently sold! Josh will be working on these over the course of the next few weeks, so when he returns from Christmas break he can focus solely on our few remaining larger projects!

MK1 Manipulators

Kas has continued MK1 Manipulator work, with all the base panels and top covers now fully stitched! Kas is now painting up the interior sections of the top covers and is installing electronics in the main panels. Shipping is expected at the end of this month!

Grey Aztecs

Kas has applied the vinyl for all the Grey Aztec tins, in preparation to begin work on them as Cream Aztec work comes to a close. Kas is aiming to ship out all Cream Aztecs before Christmas, with Grey Aztecs shipping in mid January. Work will then begin on the S4 Grey Tools!

Season 21 Collection Box Set Trailer

As many of you have seen already, the official Doctor Who Season 21 Collection Box set Trailer was released yesterday! Seen in the trailer was an Upgraded 5th Doctor's Sonic Screwdriver and Trion DATA Beacon, both of which we had the pleasure of working on at the request of Pete McTighe!

Pete left the overall concept design of the props to James, who went and studied Season 21 to make sure the props would have the correct details and feel. James then worked with Dan to create the CAD models for the props, which went through many iterations of designs with input from the team and approval from Pete before we settled on the final looks for production. From there Kasim added digitally sculpted weathering to the DATA beacon to give it the war torn look it needed and sorted the electronics for the device. He passed these over to Josh H to assemble the finished prop. Meanwhile James was tackling the Upgraded sonic which was finished off with an emitter from Josh H and electronics from Dan!

The boxset will also include some additional content with a few more props we worked on, so pick one up to find out about those! Thank you to everyone for showing your love for these props and to Pete McTighe for allowing us to be apart of this wonderful project!

We will be having one final newsletter of the year on the 19th December, and then LSP will be on Christmas/New Years break from the 20th December until the 5th January.
