An update on our Grey Aztecs, S4 Grey Tools and Multi-Tennant Carry Cases!

Introduction

Hello everyone and welcome to the 93rd Edition of our weekly newsletter! Today we have updates focusing solely on 2 of our main runs. Those being the Grey Aztecs and Series 4 Grey Tools. So let's get into it!

Grey Aztecs

Josh has completed paintwork on all of the weathered bodies, and grey washed all of the pristine bodies! All the bodies have been clear coated and had blue strips installed. Josh has also cast up all of the bronze/brass stands for the S1-2 and S3 variants of the replicas. These now just need belt sanding, painting, and buffing!

Alongside this, Dan has installed the silver pommel sections, and completed the LED's and buttons for the Grey Aztecs, which are now ready to install into the bodies!

Kas is now completing the remainder of the Grey Aztec work, by assembling the emitter sections and installing the electronics and soundboard/battery sections. Kas has also sanded up all of the blue domes and secondary speaker end caps alongside this, which will be painted by Josh before he leaves Kas' workshop!

We are expecting the Grey Aztecs to ship in early March, thank you to everyone for your patience as we have worked hard to complete this run!

Series 4 Grey Tools

Josh has completed all paintwork for the Pristine S4 Grey Tools, including the hand painted blue strips, just like the original props! Emitter sections have now been installed into these bodies by Dan, which leaves them ready for electronic installation! Josh has also completed casting of all of the aluminium stands for the S4 Grey Tools too!

Josh is now in the midst of painting up the S4 Specials bodies, which are looking very promising! The bodies will be completed this week, with emitter sections also being installed into those to be ready for electronics too.

Left to paint up is the Weathered S4 bodies, which are more time consuming and detail oriented. So Josh will be completing those in his own workshop sometime in the next few weeks!

Dan will be taking on the remainder of the S4 Grey Tool work, by fitting all of them with electronics, and sending them back to Kas to install domes and pack them up! Dan has also completed the vinyl application for all S4 Grey Tools tins. These are now drying and will be ready for foam installation very soon!

We are also expecting the S4 Grey Tools to ship in March, as Kas and Dan will be working on both of the Grey runs in parallel!

Second payments for Grey S4 Tools will now begin today! So keep an eye out!
