Hello everyone and welcome to the 99th Edition of our newsletter! Today we have some smaller updates on a few of our projects. So let's get into it!

Grey Aztec Metal Weathering

All of our S1-2 and S3 Grey Tools have now been shipped save for our S3 Grey Tools with the additional metal weathering upgrade service! Josh is now working hard to painstakingly apply all the accurate metal weathering and have these shipped out next week!

S4 Grey Tools

Kas has Laser cut some foam packaging for Dan which will keep all the S4 Grey Tools safe once Dan has completed them and posts them back to Kas ready for mass shipping!

Kas has also finished resin printing the battery sections ready to send Dan alongside the foam. Dan has been fitting the LEDs and buttons and will now be installing the boards, the final step of electronic assembly!

Josh has in the meantime hand machined all of the brass button stalks ready for Dan to glue into the S4 Grey Tools once they are fully fitted.

And finally, Kas has finished inking and buffing all of the S4 and S4 Specials stands! These will now be installed into the tins ready for shipping once the Greys are complete!

MK1 Manipulators

Kas has spent last week Laser cutting all the final parts ready for the final stages of assembly for the MK1 Manipulators. This being the velvet felt for the underside and straps of the MK1s, the leather loops for the strap of the MK1s, and the veg tan electronic section covers. Kas has now installed all the felt, and is installing the rivets onto the top covers and attaching the buckles this week! Kas is aiming to have these ready to ship next week! So keep an eye out for address emails!

Grandad Tools

Kas has spent this week programming and test fitting the soundboards for the Grandad Tools. Below is a video of the result! Kas will now be installing all the electronics now that the test board is complete! Kas is aiming to have these ready to ship the week after next!

Here is our updated schedule for our current orders. Highlighted in green is what has been finished and posted, and highlighted in yellow is what is next to be shipped!

Grey Aztecs: 100 - 85 shipped, last 15 being weathered this week!

Original MK1 Manipulators: 20 - shipping next week

Grandad Tools: 18 - shipping week after next

S4 Grey Tools: 60 (thus far) - electronics currently being fitted by Dan - shipping mid May

In progress:

Shrunken boxes: 12 - in progress by Josh, electronics by Kas once assembly and paintwork is complete - shipping in May

1/6th Scale NSDs: 18 - in progress by Kas with casting of main parts and then paintwork will be completed by Josh, electronics by Kas

Crystal McGann Tools: 20 - currently being gold foiled and then assembly will be completed by Josh, and electronics will be completed by Dan - shipping in June

Scheduled:

Davison MK2 Tools: 40 - parts in production

McGann Tools: 15 - parts in production

Classic Tools Restock: 21 - parts ready to go

Small Orders:

Cases, Stands and Lalla tools are all shipped within 1-2 weeks upon order, and are handled by Josh

We aim to have both MK1 Manipulators and Grandad Tools all shipped by the time of our next newsletter on th 15th May, and the S4 Grey tools in preparation for shipping.
