An update on Initial Run Tri-Sliders, Wayfinders, Rasputin Shrinking Devices, Carry Cases and more!

Initial Run Tri Slider Aztecs

Kas has been hard at work this week finishing off the Initial Run Tri-Sliders. He has glued together all the sliding section parts, fitted the LED's, and has been 3D printing interior button sections. He has also attached the pommel sections to the crackle bodies and installed the blue strips. The remaining work is to install the buttons, and attach the boards and battery sections, which he will be doing this weekend. If you are one of our customers who has purchased an Initial Run Tri-Slider, please keep an eye out on your emails/Instagram messages as we will be asking each of you for your postal addresses!

Wayfinders

We have started casting up more wayfinder parts for subsequent orders since the initial batch! we're still awaiting components for the new electronic sections to arrive, we appreciate everyone's patience on this. In the meantime we will begin laser cutting all the remaining parts, such as the green dial, and work on our custom boxes and foam that all the Wayfinders will be shipped with!

Rasputin Shrinking Devices

Following on from our previous newsletter, Josh H has now finished painting and fitting electronics into the Rasputin Shrinking Tools! They are being packed up and will be shipped out on Monday!

Carry Cases

Due to popular demand, we have been producing more Carry Cases ready to put back in stock on our store! We will also be making these cases available on our etsy. Thank you to all those that have purchased these!

A Sneak Peak!

Leading on from our restock in Carry Cases, here's a sneak peak at our next product. Smith Carry Cases! Due to the popular nature of our regular Carry Cases, it felt natural to work on a new version for all variants of Smith Tools! We are working on producing them to ship within the next week or so.

Extra bits and pieces!

Work commences on the Large Pleasant Buttons, Smith PDA, Troughton Whistles, and a Jacobi Tool

Plus a new laser cutter joins the team's arsenal! As I have finally received the replacement for our original laser cutter following the fire we suffered in May of last year. This new cutter is double the size of the previous one, so armed with a life lesson in fire safety and all new skin on my hand I am excited to return to laser cutting.

Alongside this new machine I have also upgraded my 3D printer after 6 years of service from "Ole Reliable", my famously temperamental CR-10. With this new printer we're hoping to increase our output over the coming months.
